configs: SDM660: Update max mic count and ACDB ID of speaker -SDM660 internal codec variant MTPs support quad mic, hence update the max mic count to 4. -Also internal codec MTP has stereo speakers, hence update the ACDB id for the same. Change-Id: Ie6df074f344a48dfc9a7daa14d18a01c39c57214
