hal: Use high quality for 44.1KHz sample rate and higher bit-width Configure headphone path to high quality for audio sample rate equal to 44.1KHz and 24 or 32 bit-width. Change-Id: I5b8ce1e0487c3b77802c8d170919f54a65bdb952
