hal: enhance vndk fwk detection getVendorEnhancedInfo() was added in vndk fwk detection library, and it offers more detailed info on system and odm partitions. Accomodate this enhancement into HAL as it's needed for GSI variant. CRs-Fixed: 2519894 Change-Id: I41fb065a66edb15839d3efe570162997debdda37
