hal: msmsteppe: Update class-H mode for wcd9375 xml files In wcd9375 variant, class-H is supported. Updating the class-H mode to CLS_H_ULP and CLS_H_LOHIFI based on clip config for respective mixer xml files. Change-Id: I019cd3f61a0cb58bbc879ed8488fe303c5c8864a
