audio: Fix flac offload not working If AUDIO_FEATURE_ENABLED_FLAC_OFFLOAD rather than AUDIO_FEATURE_ENABLED_EXTN_FLAC_OFFLOAD is true, we should enable COMPRESS_METADATA_NEEDED also. Change-Id: I0118e08e1bee46fe3baf0a1faa66f75fdb43e0d4
