AHAL: Reset SR to 48khz if the backend doesn't support the multiple of 44.1khz It needs to reset sample rate to 48khz if sample rate is less than 44.1khz, or device backend does not support the multiple of 44.1khz. CRs-fixed: 2586939 Change-Id: I5a00121bb997ce68640cdf15a5f8e2f5d7d4a027
