configs: kona: Add support for barge-in mode feature This change allows for the session to switch between barge-in mode and non barge-in mode for non-LPI usecases. The purpose is to turn off EC when no playback usecase is active on non-LPI. Change-Id: I565a43ef637728c1f00d25fcd1a3f70661ce8602
