configs: new mixer control for enabling/disabling paired rx port Added new mixer controls for enabling the paired rx port to avoid the TDM Slot Shift Issue. The mixer controls for the default configuration have been commented out. Change-Id: Idd00d8b78542f3c4fd216b49f6b7620b92e225ba
