QCamera2: add white balance calibration struct to sensor capability Add new white balance calibration data struct to the camera interface, exposes the data to both MCT and HCL. The struct owns an array of r_over_g and b_over_g ratio pairs in fp32, as well as gr_over_gb imbalance information.
