QCamera2: Fix definition of OIS modes HAL capability struct defined OIS modes as 1-byte values while MCT used 4-byte values. This mismatch was causing the capability data to be copied incorrectly. CRs-fixed: 2017449 Change-Id: Ic4c7839b8169704c52802afc015d58d2aa91ec13
