Move libqomx_core to vendor for build split libqomx_core is only used by vendor. Move it to vendor partition so it can work with generic AOSP system image. Bug: 37927875 Test: The lib is under /vendor/lib instead of /system/lib and the resulted system/vendor images work on the device. Change-Id: If21b2a9bf4a3a7b6ea737b037c670ef296788e60
