hwc: Do not use Borderfill pipe for composition in WFD Mixer dimensions programmed for WFD and wfd resolution request received are different due to alignment restriction. So we will not receive any layer with dimensions same as bottom most layer in case of WFD. So we can safely avoid these usecases to avoid usage of borderfill pipe.
