hwc: Align ROI when PingPong Split is enabled In 8976 we are using PingPong Split, where widths of ROI provided to both panels should be equal.This is needed when ROI is spanning across the panels. Change-Id: I517c77de3a169777017c3af1f85ca5a27add034c
