hwc: Do not use BWC when layers are forced split In the configureSourceSplit() helper (nothing to do with SourceSplit feature) BWC is being set in all rotator cases. Remove that since we use that function when layers are forced split, and we cannot have BWC. Change-Id: I082005746f1a04766d10381412c399a8946e712d
