sdm: Read the prefill bandwidth factors from MDP driver 1. Read the format, scale and fudge factors, required in the prefill bandwidth calculation. 2. Add vertical porches and horizontal total in HWDisplayAttributes. Change-Id: I4eb11d392850d646c04441c96b9d6ccc77a2ea41
