libgralloc: Change CAMERA_HEAP to ADSP_HEAP
This changes GRALLOC_USAGE_PRIVATE_CAMERA_HEAP to
GRALLOC_USAGE_PRIVATE_ADSP_HEAP as the CAMERA_HEAP
is not used anymore
