qdutils: Conditionally mute pu control error log If display.qservice dies all the pending binders would timeout. Mute error logging from binder wrapper and return the error value to client. Change-Id: I91daea0e9068088104bc3c40d67f6c9553673832 CRs-fixed: 1086061
