hwc2: Read Color Metadata from handle only for Video layers Only Video module populates the Color Metadata in metadata FD of the handle, so avoid reading it for UI layers. CRs-Fixed: 2353610 Change-Id: Ib0988a06d02345931479bb6be4674a4e7e7d8b3f
