sdm: Add support for switch between with SDR and HDR mode

-New interface to get the attributes.
-New interface to get the default mode id.

-Implement the switch of color mode between HDR and SDR.
 SDR->HDR mode: get the current active SDR mode and find the
 corresponding HDR mode which has the same attributes with SDR mode.
 If not found, switch to the first HDR mode that we encouter.
 HDR->SDR mod: back to the prev SDR mode.
