sdm: Reset SSPP tonemap luts on PanelDead On receiving the panel dead event, the display is powered off and powered on, hence we need to reset the SSPP luts so that they are re-programmed. Change-Id: Id0f20ce712f3c978937a6f2372c6e35b84224b3b Crs-fixed: 2259830
