sdm: Add custom framebuffer support for virtual display. 1. Configure virtual display framebuffer resolution based on primary resolution during the creation of virtual display 2. This disables GPU downscaling and enables SDE downscaling during composition. Change-Id: Ic5127dc76cded673802c143bff3cc7589db3920e
