hwc: Do not enable swaprect when rotation is involved In case of updating layer without rotation and layer below has rotation, blit will fail because of the change in destination rect values and may result flickers on screen. Change-Id: Ia7fffaaf92b8799512aba48fb7859a6ff106508c
