sdm: Update hw_revision with hw_version read from CRTC Info hw_revision is deprecated in DRM driver and hw_version comprises major version, minor version and hw_revision information. Since QDCM uses hw_revision information from hw_resource_info, Populate hw_revision with hw_version. Change-Id: I2dad8266cec0c4b0925f8b046faae75608bc15a4 CRs-Fixed: 2141191
