hwc/sdm: FB_ID, plane validation fixes Populate FB_ID during prepare. Remove special check for solid fill and handle via standard FB_ID check that will allow the associated plane to be unstaged during validation. Change-Id: I13ac195b062351f8546f8975efd5ec889b685cc4 CRs-fixed: 1114808
