hwc: hdmi: Add check for interlaced formats The HDMI core can support some interlaced formats and will report interlaced format as supported in the timing information. As a result, we need to explicitly check for interlaced formats when picking the best mode for the HDMI tv. Change-Id: I3b083026b66b4e16368ce54e8f88573684512bcd
