sdm: Disable VBlank for secondary displays Currently secondary display is stepping on primary display's VBlank registration and handling. Disable VBlank for secondary displays and add properly later. Change-Id: Ia11ecc63a39c8f32f9b954c939064bac5a684141 CRs-fixed: 1114808
