hwc: Add check for block mode for rotated video Do not allow video if it requires pre-rotation and DMA pipe is configured in LINE mode. Fall back to GPU in this usecase. This is not applicable for wfd on 8x26 since Driver supports both multiplexing of DMA pipe in LINE and BLOCK mode as same mixer control block is used for rotation and writeback mode.
