sdm: Update HWPanelInfo during primary resolution switch During resolution switch of primary display, update HWPanelInfo before updating display attributes. It is required as few display attributes are derived from panel info. CRs-Fixed: 935253 Change-Id: I3304634ee980204ce9298c1e20e78959fb84a198
