display: Apply QDCM mobile modes in sdm Mode applying from QDCM client API is moved to SDM. But only QDCM PC modes and factory modes are reported to SDM, and QDCM mobile modes are not reported to SDM. Change fixes the issue of QDCM mobile modes applying failure.
