gralloc: Mark camera and VR specific formats as BUFFER_TYPE_VIDEO. Mark HAL_PIXEL_FROMAT_BLOB and HAL_PIXEL_FORMAT_RAW_OPAQUE as YUV to use gralloc size calculation API. Change-Id: I11bf40f3c4ef688d654045c99e2ebab60da55fb8 CRs-Fixed: 2226672
