sdm: Fix virtual display & HDMI concurrency. - Add concurrency mutex to prevent virtual display & HDMI concurrency. - Wait for virtual display to disconnect if HDMI is connected in between. Change-Id: I507e57e4dd2c00dd2c8e7fb28ae30a4c01f51d79 CRs-Fixed: 911417
