sdm: hwc: Support only framebuffer config Since the framework supports only a single framebuffer config, change the config API implementation to support only the framebuffer config. Fix bug in external downscale where output is skewed since width was used instead of height. Change-Id: Id85478aae5890d379dbe1ebfa3e41cd4de6d1b53
