hwc: Don't pass release fence to copy bit in mdp3 Copy bit in mdp3 uses frame buffers as destination surface, hence no need to pass release fence to copy bit. Change-Id: I6ff8d5cbbdd14e7c8d5e473ca0303505f6502cc5
