sdm: Support ColorModes and HDR customizations - Support ColorModes in HWC, which will enumerate the ColorModes and provide API to set ColorMode. - When the property "sdm.disable_hdr_lut_gen" is set, do not set HDRMode in SDM, as it will be handled by HWC Change-Id: Iebdf000c048ca4ab09ab3261e295c142988ea413 Crs-fixed: 1106019
