sdm: Add bandwidth and clock members 1. Add bandwidth and clock members in HWLayers structure. SDM will pass the bandwidth value (in KBps) and clock value (in Hz) to MDP driver for each active real-time or virtual display. 2. Add "perf_calc" in HWResourceInfo and set it from MDP caps.
