sdm: Close rotator sessions on suspend and flush. Close all existing rotator sessions on suspend and flush, otherwise rotator clocks are not shut down that causes no XO shut down. Change-Id: Ib2a105a26f5f77a067d37055d982b3ca6e4bec3a
