dashplayer: Enable GraphicBuffer usage to decoder before querying formats This lets the decoder publish appropriate color format for surface-mode playback. (For non-surface mode, a standard YUV format will be published) Change-Id: Ic80d00aef027c84beddc5e23c2cfc3846dbbad43
