mm-core: For HEVC decoding use libOmxVdec.so The registry table for android and the omx test app are out of sync. The android registry table should use libOmxVdec for HEVC decoding as well. Change-Id: Ie4a7a9fd61f3a216fd369120a46b74aa4a5c3dcc
