mm-video: vidc: reset stopped flag at the start of a session If the component is re-used for mutiple sessions without freeing (a reconfiguration), this flag would mask stopping subsequent sessions Change-Id: Ie25cd58f875ba8b8c235280850ce8c797824c3a4 CRs-fixed: 515586
