mm-video:vidc: Change Alpha value in decoder test app The alpha was set to zero value in decoder test app. Due to this video frames were not displayed. After changing the alpha value to FF decoded frames are updated on the screen. Change-Id: Ia063c2339570b61591f48c7ef41c57e2f18811ee CRs-Fixed: 410162
