mm-video-v4l2: test: Add capability to test using PTS Presentation time stamps (PTS) are provided to the application using an external file with the PTS values that the user is willing to queue to the driver. The driver will arrange the PTS in the proper order at the processed buffers. Change-Id: I240161b29356f4ab8af98a246dd0dea9f4af6c22
