mm-video-v4l2: vdec: enable 8bit standard NV12 format for 10bit clips Enable 8bit standard NV12 output format for 10bit clips. If clients require standard NV12 as the output format, decoders set UBWC for 8bit clips and TP10 for 10bit clips and C2D will be involved later to convert UBWC/TP10 to standard NV12.
