wcnss-service: Opt-in to disable copying WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini to userdata * Copying the file serves no purpose other than allowing manual edits, which we don't support anyway. * Requires device side change to enable the flag and copy the config directly to the location that the kernel expects: /vendor/etc/wifi/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini -> /vendor/firmware/wlan/prima/WCNSS_qcom_cfg.ini Change-Id: Ie1206c53fc316b2edf567e10d327910d03b7b6e9
