WiFi-HAL: GSCAN- Allow more than max_channels per bucket Allow framework to send more than "max_channels" number of channels per bucket which is 16 currently. Wifihal can prune the channel list further to 16. Change-Id: I46efad354810ca3cab0adb96bcf1ace51432b02b CRs-Fixed: 948124
