Wifi-Hal: Add NAN iface type in dynamic creation of iface This change add new iface type i.e. NAN as part of dynamic creation of interface. Also added interface name start from "wifi" as part of valid wifi interface name. CRs-Fixed: 2593436 Change-Id: Ic8154616c54905969e55b89c0a8f5cde923e5136
