Fix RIL_UNSOL_RIL_CONNECTED to return the vendor RIL version. The new RIL_UNSOL_RIL_CONNECTED call should return the version of the vendor RIL library and not the version of rild. Fixes data connectivity on Crespo. Change-Id: I7aeb89d11e6e45de6548254d29d941a537586a37
