CalendarSystem : rework calendar lookups. Map names to classes directly - it's slightly more efficient that way since there's a fixed list of calendars that we can resolve to, and they're guaranteed to exist. Change-Id: I86f6bdcc0b7eba6b6dcc71e7995569943621898c
