NotificationLights: Allow overriding for all apps [1/2] * Most apps now like WhatsApp have ugly notification led settings that disregard user settings here. * While we can use custom value to override it, this option let's to override all such apps without adding one by one to custom list. * Custom values still takes preference over this override.
