Set Browsing bit to 0 in PbapSupportedFeatures PbapClient currently doesn't support browsing. This CL sets the bit to zero in PbapSupportedFeatures to accurately reflect the functionalities. Bug: 139624050 Test: Check the snoop/HCI logs. Look under the OBEX protocol header of the connection request packet for PBAP. Under Application Parameters > PbapSupportedFeatures, verify the Browsing bit is now 0. Change-Id: I2fcd959abf6aba178cd5fffb2f6e69cf1863fd89
