Refine absolute volume control when multi connections * Set AVRCP absolute volume only to active A2DP device. * Store every volume adjust to avoid resuming wrong volume level for remote device. Bug: 132134351 Test: Manual Change-Id: I2b801af4412ee556e34a59224c6c0b673a2abafc
